岗位职责Principal Accountabilities1。 熟悉生产流程，能合理、高效安排工艺及生产；Be Familiar with the production process, and rational and efficient arrangements for process and production。2。 全面控制、协调生产部门的人员管理及各项生产活动；Comprehensively control and coordinate human resources management and production activities in the production department； 3。 安排和控制生产作业进度； Organize and control the progress of production operations；4。 跟踪生产情况、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标； Tracking of production situation and processes, and the output-target, complete the production goals on time；5。 及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；Timely respond to and follow up with the production abnormalities, and put forward reasonable proposals；6。 参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施； Involved in action plans and measures of improving production efficiency product quality；7。 监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁。Monitor and regulate the operation methods, to ensure the safety and cleanliness in the production site。8。 遵守质量、环境和职业健康安全法律、法规和其它要求，贯彻公司质量、环境和职业健康安全方针，努力实现与本岗位相关的质量、环境和职业健康安全的目标、指标；To comply with the laws, regulations and other requirements in environment and occupational health, in order to achieve the goals and targets。9。 在日常工作中，对本岗位的环境因素、危险源实施有效控制；To maintain a healthy ＆ safe work environment by recognizing and managing environmental hazard in the work place。10。 面对事故、自然灾害等紧急情况，能够按照相关预案规定作出积极响应。To act promptly while emergencies and catastrophe arise according to disaster control plan。相关要求1。 五年以上大中型制造企业车间管理工作经验；最好有轮胎行业背景。At least five years＇ workshop management experience in large or medium-sized manufacturing enterprises； Better if worked or working in tire industrial。2。 具有良好的沟通及协调能力；With excellent communication and coordination skills；3。 大学及以上文凭；良好地英语读写水平College education or Above, fluent oral and written English；4。 经过专业的生产管理方面的培训。了解SMed,5S ,Kan ban 等精益生产工具Professional production management training, Knowledge of SMED,5S, Kanban etc Lean production tools5。 了解与本岗位有关的质量、环境和职业健康安全法规知识；Knowledge of quality, environment ＆ occupational health and safety regulations in the work place。6。 具备面对紧急情况作出积极响应的技能。Awareness of emergency and quick to action。
